The Pittsburgh experience

I’m very honoured to publish a rare photo taken by David Meerman Scott in Pittsburgh at Bob’s last performance. I thank him very much for sharing this shot.  Top Rankin! Marco

As David  wrote, he was fortunate to have been at this show. Bob put on a terrific show, The i-Threes opened and he still recall them swaying in time to the music.  He recalls they did three songs before Bob came out to thunderous applause. Bob was dancing the entire 90 minutes except for the acoustic Redemption Song which he performed solo and in a laid back manner.
Nobody in the audience knew that Bob was sick. His energy level was extremely high and he had total command of the audience. Mr Scott was shooting with a Nikon Telephoto lens and he was down front for the encore.
