Rainbow show to be shown in theatres

Site says this is the recently restored and never before seen version. Does anybody have any more news on this?

So anybody have thoughts, gossip or insider info on this? Is this same Rainbow simply being re-hashed or is there more footage and no more looping of the crowd noise. I'd love to hear a reaction from you guys. From a technical standpoint my question how can footage originally shot in standard def video look any better in HD format. I guess it will better on a large screen but how many will be willing to pay to see this in theatres. If anything Smile Jamaica or OLPC deserve a HD transfer.
