Chapter 3 is dedicated to catch a fire album. Between 44:00-44:40 the narrator says the following:

"Island house venerable veterans joked thoughtfully about the matters that were occurring in 1972, when Marley insisted in having the main room and the hard old beds that they used to sleep out during the night took up the large and width corridor. This was the context in which the brothers warned Marley that a woman called Patricia Williams had came to see him. She told Marley she had a son from him called Robbie; She came closer to Marley who, naked under the moonlight, had finished eating a piece of fruit. The next day, Marley wrote a song about the meeting on the telephone directory folder."
This story, telling the cause that led Bob to write the lyrics of Midnight Ravers, really caught my attention. These are the little details I really like. Question is, where did they find this info? I tend to think that they extracted most of the info from Timothy White book, but I don't remember reading in his book this fragment related to Midnight Ravers. Does it sound familiar to you guys? if so, do you have any suggestion for the source of the info?

Re: Midnight Ravers
I checked now Timothy White book and found this piece of info at the beginning of chapter 15 (redemption song). I wonder who was the one that related this story to Timothy. I guess it was a band member.

Re: Midnight Ravers
Oh yes, now I remind this topic we discussed some time ago. I see that under Pat Williams header you had commented the story about midnight ravers. Thank you Frank for refreshing my mind. It's getting old, hehe.
Regarding to your info Marco, I'd have one question: was Diane Bob's layer back in 1972 or just a friend who used to visit 56 Hope Road frequently?

Re: Midnight Ravers
In the early seventees The Jobsons were Chris Blackwell's friends.
The photo on the back cover of catch a fire was taken at Dickie Jobson house, in jamaica
I think that Chris recomended Diane as lawyer

It could, but that doesn't quite seem to fit in what Don Taylor noted.

She was a fairly typical example of an upper class woman completely under his (ed. Bob's) control. She was a real uptown girl, whom Bob had taken and bred into the Rasta faith in the early seventies and, after he got bored with her, gave the day-to-day task of being his lawyer.

Re: Midnight Ravers
I think that Chris recommended Diane as lawyer like he recommended Esther Anderson as photographer and like he recommended Cindy Breakspeare as tenant.... and I think that Bob recommended himself as a super lover

Re: Midnight Ravers
Perhaps it was Blackwell who told her to keep an eye on what's going on at 56 hope road. Then, after visiting the house a couple of times, she probably fell in love with Bob, they had an affair, and finally when Bob didn't know how to do with that woman was when she became Bob's lawyer, as don taylor said. We can see her in a photo taken in Germany in 1980. I think she was very loyal to Bob, and it seems she kept her role very good and discreetly, always being near him and not trying to be the starring. During these last days she probably saw the deterioration in health Bob was suffering. If she was his lawyer at that time, why didn't she recommended Bob to do a testament?
