I was talking about this to some classmates a few days ago. While I think it's really cool what they did with Tupac, I found it to be a bit disrespectful. I think that after a person passes they're performances and recordings should be respected. The videos we have of Marley should be the sources we turn to should we want to revisit him. I see a holographic performance of Marley as another way people exploit his name and image. Remember that producers reproduced Tupacs voice and released songs of him "rapping". It would be as sad and as exploitative seeing a hologram of a Marley performance as it is every time I go to the supermarket and see those Bob Marley "Mellow Mood" drinks.
