[HELP] Rebel Music - Deluxe edition

Hi to all members.

I'm writing to you because a need some information:
a lot of time ago I bought "Rebel music" in the regular edition; a very special book made up of 400 photos.
my question for "Rebel Music-Deluxe edition"...it printed only 350 copies....but 600 photos.
Other 200 photos: Where does taken it? are taken from "exodus" tour? is painted only Bob Marley? I hadn't seen this material...Have you seen it? info?

Where are you getting your info about those 200 extra pages?

I only have the regular edition, but it is my understanding that the only difference between the regular and deluxe is that the deluxe has a full leather binding (the whole cover and back), a box with a slip cover as opposed the the regular slip case and it's signed by Eric Clapton along with Kate. That's it.

I read this info from "Genesis" site but I do not find her collocation...I'm sure...
yes...it's signed by Eric Clapton along with Kate Simon..

Fabio-this is from the Genesis website. It says nothing about the deluxe version having 200 more pages nor have I ever read that anywhere. The content of both books is identical. I thought maybe you were getting you information from amazon.com again... Hope this helps clear things up for you.

From here, the approved prints and colour transparencies were despatched via Genesis to its craftsmen in Milan. All images are faithfully reproduced in fine screen lithography and image varnished.

The text is master printed throughout in two colours - black and sepia - onto five different paper stocks, including one made entirely of cannabis.


Genesis is renowned for its extra special bindings and Rebel Music is no exception.

Sure to be a talking point will be the silk-screened wooden slipcases and boxes.

Only 2,000 copies will be made available. Numbers 1 to 350 are Deluxe copies and those from 351 to 2,000 are Regular copies.

There is a choice of a full, rich-brown leather binding for Deluxe copies, and quarter leather and buckram binding for Regular copies. The page edges of all copies are coloured with yellow ochre, and the endpapers are printed in full colour.

Deluxe copies are accompanied by a loose print, suitable for framing and also signed by Kate Simon, taken from the same session as the famous Kaya portrait.

All copies are signed by Kate Simon and Deluxe copies are also signed by Eric Clapton.

My list has approx 350 books JUST about Bob from around the world. Of which I still need to obtain about 30 or so.

I wait the Bob Marley's book by Ordovas... I will wait in september Salewicz's book
(pre-ordered)...I'm really curious about this book... ultimately I will buy in october the last and new Dordor's book... Bob Marley is great!
