Hi friend,
i'm writing this thread because a friend of "rasta & dread" forum asked my help.
He told me he own one of the "only three" original "lion of judah" rings existing in the world. He told me that he bought it at Sotheby's..... I told that by my opinion it's a fake... so he ask me to post this message with the picture..
what do you think or know about this ring? Thank you.

There is only one ring. It was suggested after Bob passed that it be handed down to Ziggy, but ultimately it was laid to rest with Bob in the mausoleum.
Im calling BS on the Sothebys story, as they would know its a fake. Sad to say, I think your friend is making up stories.

Bob was given the ring by the Crown Prince Asfa Woosen. The ring was owned by His Majesty-Sealssie I. There is no 2nd or 3rd ring. This is the one and only. Sure there are thousands of rings that look just like it, but this is a one of a kind. Bob said it even would burn his finger-the power of His Majesty.

Blessed, I was told along time ago that Bob's ring was taken by the Twelve Tribes (vultures) I used to be part of the Twelve Tribes family for many years & within the Twelve Tribes it is taken as common knowledge that they posses Bob's ring.
I dont believe Bob was buried with the ring! (too many vultures were after it) but thats only my opinion.

I'm 99% positive it is not on Bob's finger and 100% positive the 12 Tribes never got it even though they tried like hell talk Rita into giving it to them. I think Rita has it. I even wonder if Bob's Les Paul is in the mausoleum with him. I have always doubted it myself. I love my Paul Reed Smith and Taylor guitars more than any other instruments I own and I gurantee they will not be buried with me. My children will get them, cherish and play them and I think the same thing about Bob's guitar.
