I don't wanna be malicious but... any proof that really it was Haile Selassi's ring?
Any photo of HIM wearing this ring?

Ive always looked for the ring on selassie's finger in the many pics of him that exist, yet havent seen it. That being said, Selassie was an emperor and Im sure he had alot of jewelry which belonged to him.

As for if it really contains fragments of gold from the ring of king solomon, I dont htink anyone could know that, or whether solomon even existed as we know him

In Kebra Nagast you've got an history of that ring.
It was given by King Solomon (Tribe of Judah) to Queen Makeda and then to her son. It was given with one particular reason. Every next king from the Solomonic dynasty shall remembered his Grandgrandfather and that they all comes from Tribe of Judah, ancestor of Jesus Christ. So they have been giving to every new Lion of Judah a new ring just as a symbol? or it was ring of the previous Emperor? But, the task is who wore it before HIM? His father general Makkonen or it was Menelik the Second or it was his son King Menelik Birru? And another one is question about Real Solomon dynasty, if Ras Makkonen was ancestor of Jesus Christ?

This topic is endless just like the searching for proof if the Bible was real.

I don't care about the bible, i'm not rastafarian, I don't believe
my doubt is: does the ring own to Haile Selassie, it was his personal ring or there was a mass production of rings during his reign as gift to dignitaries, ambassadors, celebrities, etcetera....?

I respect your believes, but show some RESPECT too to the people who cares and write the Bible word with capital letter. Capital is used to distinguish the religious text from any prescriptive book.

About your question, no it couldn't have been given to dignitaries as long as its only ring that shall belongs to the Emperors blood, that means probably family, including his grandchildren owned their own ring? Whether its truth or not, it was honour for Bob to wear something that came from The Promised Land, something that came from the hands of HIM heritage.

Haile Selassie himself.

Does anyone know how many rings like this are out there? That is, that not
only look like the gold lion of Judah ring but also were given directly by
Haile Selassie himself?

I love it and wear it, and have no desire to sell it, but I'm starting to
think that perhaps its far more valuable than I had guessed.
