That's sad. One of their top priorities is releasing a beer brand carrying Bob Marley's name. That's spitting over all he stood for. "Herb is the healing of the nation like alcohol is distruction of mankind". Well, his face will be selling beer from now on.
Besides that, the whole philosophy is contradictory. Bob Marley's legacy is the people's legacy. I think Marley is a bit like Jesus Christ. No company can have the monopoly over Jesus' image. He was a prophet, a revolutionary, a spiritual guide. How come you sell these things for the profit of Babylon? Shame on all of them...

I must defend Rita and the Marley family.... yes, i don't like the Marley Resort and I don't like the catch a fire clothes but.... on the whole Rita has always respected Bob's name. If Rita wants, she could publish thousands of unreleased songs and demos and books and memories and videos and so on
But Rita (and the Marley estate) never did so
Rita organizes festivals all over the world to celebrate Bob and photo galleries and lectures
All over th world the face of Bob is on t-shirts, jackets, bottles.... and not a dollar goes on rita's hands because it's all illegal, bootlegers
Rita made mistakes, she's not a saint but she respects Bob

the facts about the deal might be real, but any additonal infos about future projects/products are nothing more than a few words added to a press release to hide, that that the author's work was only copy and paste... you must realize that, as soon as you read about Rohan Marley being Bob's daughter
