one question. Is it possible to capture a picture from a video? I would like to have a picture on Bob of this video at minute 2.56, it seems that he's lookin in your eyes....
the same scene is on "time will tell". Can anyone do this for me?

screenshots usually don't do the job, at least not on windows systems...what I'd do is find a myspace retrieving software and then get a still shot off the video with video software
