I do not have this book. I researched it for the biblio and did not include it. I did not include online books as I think this is. It has been around for a couple of years. I refuse to pay $70 for something of this nature. You may be able to get i print on demand but the prcie is too high. Maybe I should include for the 2nd edtion though??

$70? uhm..very high price about it...you should have to look with amazon company in the future...
