I met his manager at breakfast. Hotel Jolly Torino. He offered me a free pass to the concert. I travelled with the band in their bus to the concert at Stadio Communale. I shook Bob's hand and met his supporting band (we left the hotel around 5pm from memory) and helped them set up guitars. I watched the concert from just in front of the stage.. separated from the paying crowd by a fence. It was amazing. I left before the last song to avoid the crush. Somewhere I still have the pass "ARTISTA" that the manager lent me which gave me access all areas.
